This Privacy Policy describes how DLS Routine (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website (dlsroutine.com) and the DLS Routine desktop application. We operate as an indie product brand. Contact: Telegram @dlsroutine.

What we collect
Website
- Essential technical data needed to serve pages (e.g. standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, timestamps).
- Cookie preference (accepted / essential only) stored in your browser via
localStorage. - Optional analytics only if you accept cookies beyond essential use.
Application (when accounts open)
We collect the minimum needed for licensing and operations:
- Account identifier (email or username)
- Password hash (never plaintext passwords) or equivalent auth subject
- License / credit balance and entitlement state
- Device binding identifier (hashed device id)
- App version on check-in; timestamps for auth, heartbeat, and usage flushes
- Execution-time usage summaries flushed from the client (about every 5 minutes while scenarios run)
- Update artifact metadata (version, checksum, URL) as needed for auto-update
- Referral codes / invite relationships you create
- Feedback or issue reports you submit in-app
What we do not collect
- Passwords or session tokens for third-party games or publishers
- Other players’ personal data harvested from third-party services
- Chat logs, rosters, or gameplay telemetry unrelated to licensing
- Precise geolocation unless strictly required for fraud prevention and disclosed later
Why we process data
- Provide accounts, authentication, and device binding
- Meter credits and execution time
- Deliver encrypted scenario packs and updates
- Operate the referral program
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
- Communicate about beta access and support via Telegram when you contact us
Legal bases (GDPR-style)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the service you request
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, product improvement (balanced against your rights)
- Consent — non-essential cookies / analytics on the website
- Legal obligation — when the law requires us to retain or disclose information
Sharing
We share personal data only with essential subprocessors under contract (for example hosting, email, or payment providers when payments launch — crypto / Telegram Stars). We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep account and billing-related records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute, and legal purposes. You may request deletion where applicable; we may retain limited records when required by law or legitimate security needs.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact us via Telegram to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Cookies
The marketing site uses:
- Essential — language preference / cookie choice storage
- Optional — analytics only after you accept
You can choose “Essential only” or “Accept” in the cookie banner.
Security
We use TLS for client-facing APIs, hash passwords with modern algorithms, bind licenses to devices, and encrypt scenario content delivered to the app. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
DLS Routine is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account if you are under the applicable age in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
