Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the DLS Routine website and desktop application (“Service”) operated as an indie product brand. Contact: Telegram @dlsroutine.

1. The Service

DLS Routine is a desktop automation app that runs scenarios using image template matching on your screen. The app is free to download (Windows, macOS, Linux) when released. You must register and sign in to use the UI. Usage is paid with credits.

Encrypted scenarios and updates are delivered from our servers and decrypted by the app. Scenario content is our intellectual property unless we state otherwise. A future hub for user-built packs may be offered under separate terms.

2. Pre-order / beta

Until general release, access may be limited to a waitlist. Joining our Telegram channel does not guarantee a launch date, feature set, or credit pricing.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may bind licenses to a device identifier.

4. Credits

• New accounts receive 75 credits after registration (when accounts open).
• 1 credit = 1 hour of scenario execution time while a scenario is running.
• Usage is recorded on the client and flushed to our servers about every 5 minutes.
• Packs of 25 / 200 / 750 credits will be offered; payments via crypto and Telegram Stars at launch.
• Credits do not expire, are not refundable, and are not transferable.
• Credits-only model for consumers (no subscription).

5. Referral program

You may invite others via link, code, or email. You earn 10% of credits purchased by invited users. Credits earned from referrals do not count toward further referral rewards. We may limit or revoke rewards in cases of abuse or fraud.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only on systems you are authorized to control and in compliance with applicable law and the terms of any third-party software you interact with.

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer our encrypted scenarios beyond what law allows
• Circumvent billing, device binding, or access controls
• Resell or transfer credits or accounts without our permission
• Use the Service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems you do not own or control

7. Fair use and no guarantee

The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, availability, accuracy of matching, or fitness for a purpose. Automation may fail when layouts change. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Third-party software

DLS Routine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by third-party publishers of software you may automate. You are solely responsible for complying with those parties’ terms of service. Violation of third-party terms may result in consequences from those parties (including account actions) for which we are not liable.

9. Intellectual property

The app, branding, encrypted scenarios, and related materials are owned by DLS Routine or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse referrals, or threaten the security or integrity of the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or third-party account status arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date.
